During your winery tour you will enjoy and experience the contrast in the character and style of major wineries such as Seppelt Great Western Vineyard to the smaller boutique wineries such as the Best's Congongella Vineyard. You will view winery operations at close hand, enjoy tastings and savour the individual flavours of each winery. You will also visit historic buildings filled with antique vignon equipment, meet and speak with wine-makers, explore underground cellars, learn about the history of winemaking and winemaking processes used today.

Friday ~

Your weekend begins on Friday evening. On arrival you will be welcomed by your hosts and treated to an appetising supper complimented by a chilled bottle of Champagne from a local vineyard. Enjoy relaxed conversation around the grand open fire after supper, enjoy a cocktail from our licenced bar, find a quiet corner to read a book or simply retire to your room for an early night.

Saturday ~

Rise to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a hearty country-style breakfast, then depart mid-morning for a relaxing day filled with sightseeing on your way to selected wineries in the Grampians region. Your friendly guide will give an informative and entertaining commentary throughout the tour. Your tour includes a delicious lunch in an attractive setting at a quaint café. To finish off a great day you can pamper yourself in the spa or enjoy a beverage from the bar before indulging in a sumptuous four course dinner prepared by your hosts.

Sunday ~

You can make the most of the late checkout and lie-in or just relax with a paper and have a leisurely breakfast before venturing out to visit the spectacular Grampians National Park before heading home.
